Community Development Department The Community Development Department deals with zoning and development issues and works closely with the Planning Commission, Design Review Board and the Board of Adjustments for questions about zoning, permitted uses, conditional use permits, zoning changes, planned area developments, planned unit developments, variances, parking standards, landscaping standards, signage, subdivisions, and other related planning issues, please contact Community Development Director, Sherry Bailey, Sherry.Bailey@clarkdale.az.gov.

Building Division The Building Department handles permit applications, inspections and code enforcement. The Building Department currently uses the 2006 ICC Building Codes for plan review and inspections.

Septic Systems & Ownership Records This department does not issue septic permits, and therefore does not answer questions pertaining to these systems. For this information please contact Yavapai County Environmental Services at (928) 639-8136, or visit the Yavapai County Website at www.co.yavapai.az.us. The Town of Clarkdale does not keep ownership records. For ownership of parcels, please contact Yavapai County Assessor's Office at (928) 639-8121.
